 Conduct supplier audits, performance evaluations and risk assessments.Contract Negotiation &
Management Lead negotiation of contracrs, pricing, and terms with suppliers, ensuring compliance with
company policies and industry standards;
 Draft, review and management procurement contracts, ensuring alignment with legal and
regulatory requirements;
 Ensure that contracts reflect project needs and cost-effectiveness.Sourcing Strategy Development  Develop and impletement sourcing strategies for offshore operations to ensure the highest qualityof materials and services at competitive prices;
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and finance, to align procurement
strategies with project goals.Market Analysis & Risk
Management Monitor market trends, industry developments and offshore procurement risks;
 Develop mitigation strategies for supply chain disruptions or unforeseen costs.Compliance & Reporting  Ensure procurement activities comply with legal and ethical standards, as well as companypolicies;
 Prepare reports and presentations on procurement activities, supplier performance, and cost, management for senior leadership.PERSON SPECIFICATION

region.Experience  Minimum 10 years of procurement experience, with at least 3 years focusing on offshoresourcing or procurement in the Asia region;
 Knowledge of relevant local and international procurement laws and regulations.
Qualifications  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field(Masters degree is a plus).IT/Technology  Excellent general IT skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
 Proficient in the use of procurement software and ERP systems.
