As a Senior Program Coordinator, you will be the driving force behind the successful execution of key programs. You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating various initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, building strong relationships and ensuring seamless communication. Main tasks include
- Lead the development and implementation of program plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Manage and track program progress, identifying and mitigating risks proactively.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams.
- Develop and maintain program documentation and reporting.
- Monitor program performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E/B.Tech) or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in program coordination or a related role.
- Proven ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
