Responsibilities
- Provide oversight and input to all aspects of quality assurance, including applying industry best practices and developing new testing solutions.
- Develop and implement the quality inspection process
- Delegate task and Manage subordinates
- Preparing the key performance indicators report for the quality team.
- Ensure all products conform to the required quality standards.
- Ensure the timely completion of all QC tasks
- Sending QAP to Customers & getting approval based on PO requirement through projects
- Co-Ordinating with Customer for their Inspection or Third- Party Inspection & Handling customer Inspection
- Preparing MOM with Customers or Third-Party Inspectors & submitting compliance to customers
- Final Visual Inspection of all products after taking GA by sub ordinates
- Taking decisions for internal deviations (NCR)
- Responsible for maintaining QC testing equipment's with calibration records
- BE/B Tech in mechanical engineering or closely related discipline
- 05 - 10 Years in QAD, preferably in an ISO (9001, 14001 & 45001) manufacturing environment
- Strong exposure to NDT and holder of a valid NDT certification.
- Experience in machine manufacturing or related industries (machining, welding, fabrication, and assembly).
- Strong knowledge and skills in engineering drawings
- Strong Knowledge of common quality standards and practices
- Good Communication Skills verbal and written
- Knowledge of Hindi Language will be an added advantage
- Problem Solving Techniques (7 QC tools)
