·Expertise in ServiceNow development: JavaScript, GlideScript, ServiceNow scripting (client, server, business rules, etc.).
·Strong troubleshooting skill set to support daily operations of ITSM and custom applications built on the ServiceNow platform
·Ability to support, build and configure within the Event Management and Discovery platforms on the Service Now platform.
·Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM/ITIL modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, and Request Management.
·Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems and platforms (e.g., API integrations, LDAP, SSO, HL7 interfaces).
·Familiarity with cloud technologies, especially in healthcare environments (e.g., AWS, Azure).
·Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and Service Portal development within ServiceNow.
