Job Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical Engineering (Full Time) or equivalent.5-9 years of proven experience in Electrical Power Systems Design in Renewables (Solar, Wind, Hydro, BESS) Power Generation or related industries.Experience in New product development process and systems engineering, preferably in the Battery Energy Storage industry is plus.Able to design, configure and validate Battery Energy Storage System (BESS)
