- Supports the execution of the digital marketing campaigns and programs in line with the company's overall marketing objectives
- Implements search engine optimization (organic performance) best practices for website content and supports search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns by optimizing ad copy and monitoring
- Monitors owned and external channels for conversations and trends related to company brand and feeds insights back in order to align with digital marketing tactics
- Follows digital marketing trends and identifies ways to improve the organization's' own and external channels
- Maintains and updates dashboards, data visualizations, and campaign and website performance reports
- Sets up, runs and monitors paid campaigns on different channels
- Sets up automated talent engagement messages and journeys
- Ensures compliance with data privacy regulations, such as General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), in all digital marketing activities
