- Provides advice to managers, regarding the same employment matters related to Randstad talent, contractors and consultants deployed at client locations on policies and procedures and supports investigations.
- Leads the implementation of ER policies and guidelines per the government mandated guidelines and compliance requirements
- Identifies gaps, and contributes to improvements in ER processes, tools, and practices.
- Assists in communications between employees and supervisors, explaining and clarifying policies, procedures and employment law.
- Supports training and development programs for the teams
- Drives the implementation of employee engagement strategy
- Designs induction and orientation programs for new hires.
- Ensures employee database is updated regularly with employee details (as applicable), in compliance with the regulations
