• Partner with HR on key programs such as Talent Reviews, Leadership Development & Training, Organizational Development, Change Management, Succession Planning, and Associate Engagement
• Focus on consistently delivering an exceptional on-boarding experience for all new hireand transfer associates
• Drive end-to-end HR Business Partnering execution
• Analyze and ensure weekly delivery of actionable recommendations for weekly scorecardand ad-hoc HR reporting data such as turnover, compensation, headcount, etc.
• Conduct exit interviews and analysis of feedback from exit interview to determine trends
• Process associate related changes relative to pay, position management and bonus updates
• Create presentations, manage spreadsheets and assist with organizational charts/data
• Develop collaborative relationships across HR teams to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals Qualifications:
• Graduate (mandatory)
• Comprehensive industry knowledge
• Advanced knowledge in MS office, particularly MS Excel
