    Compensation & Benefits Administration

    Assist in the administration of salary structures, bonus schemes, and employee benefits programs.

    Manage the data collection and analysis for salary benchmarking, ensuring the organization remains competitive within the market.

    Support annual salary reviews, bonus allocations, and incentive program processes.

    Prepare and present market data insights to HR leaders and management to inform decision-making on pay and benefits.

    Data Analysis & Reporting

    Analyze compensation and benefits data to provide insights into pay equity, trends, and areas for improvement.

    Develop and maintain reports and dashboards on compensation and benefits metrics, ensuring data accuracy.

    Support the preparation of compensation-related communication materials for managers and employees.

    Support the team by maintaining/updating the Reward policy documents. 

    Support the team by maintaining/updating the Reward intranet page. 

    Reward data management in our HRIS.

    Running reports out of the HRIS for several purposes (e.g. Non-Financial KPIs, Salary Review, etc.)

    Create/maintain supporting material for managers / HR team members with regards to (new) processes.
