We are seeking a proactive and skilled Service Engineer with expertise in PLC programming, SCADA systems, and HMI development to join our team on a contract basis in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Responsibilities:- Perform PLC programming, configuration, and troubleshooting for various industrial automation systems.
- Develop and implement SCADA systems for process monitoring and control.
- Design and create HMI interfaces for intuitive operator interaction.
- Conduct system diagnostics and resolve technical issues to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and commission automation solutions.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users and maintenance staff.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and technical specifications.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in automation technology.
- Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in industrial automation, with a strong focus on PLC programming, SCADA systems, and HMI development.
- Proficiency in programming various PLC platforms (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi).
- Experience with SCADA software (e.g., Wonderware, Ignition, SCADA-X).
- Skilled in HMI development tools and interfaces.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
