Job Summary: program and guide operators on CNC machines
Responsibilities:
- To program and guide operators on CNC machines
- To guide and motivate the operators to achieve the production targets as per the required quality standards
- To develop new products and establish manufacturing process
- Tool planning, development of new Jigs and Fixtures required for new product for all the machining operations
- Co-ordination and co-operation with other departments like quality, order center, stores, engineering, and purchase for smooth flow of works
- To organize the machine shop activities to meet the day-to-day requirements set by the Management
- Planning of consumables required for the machine shop requirement
- Achieve productivity improvement by implementing new tools & improvement Kaizens
- To reduce re-work and rejection cost in Machine shop
- To reduce downtime of machines
- To increase capacity utilization in machine shop
Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: B Tech (Mech)
- Experience: 6 to 8 years
- Any other: Shift working
