i) Operational management :Manage furnace operations:Ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards by overseeeing the meltng process from charging to tapping.Monitor and optimize processes:Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to increase efficiency.Report & Budget:Prepare and submit monthly and annual production and cost reports to senior management.Coordinate production:Schedule
