·Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, capable of supporting multiple engineers in various pods.
·Excellent communication skills, especially when translating technical topics for non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.
·Proven problem-solving ability, comfortable stepping into complex issues to offer clarity and direction.
Desirable
·Experience with geospatial data (Leaflet, GIS libraries) or large-scale data pipelines.
·Knowledge of Identity Server, CI/CD pipelines, or container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
·Background in maritime data, logistics, or risk intelligence.
·AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer) or equivalent.
Commercial experience working with large data volumes and streaming technologies.
