Finance Support - Billing Clearance- Monthly Invoice Billing to Operating Companies (Opco)- Time Sheet Data management of resources for billing to Operating Companies (Opco)- AMC(Annual Maintenance Cost) and Annual Billing renewals - MSAs / SOWs- Approve/Reject the Contract resource billing proposalsNegotiation Skills: Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with suppliers, including pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms. Manage the contract lifecycle from drafting to execution. Supplier Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key suppliers. Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns. Cost Analysis and Reduction : Analyze procurement costs, identify areas for potential savings, and implement strategies to reduce expenses. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with procurement systems and software.
