CV sourcing through Naukri and other major job portals.
Candidate screening, shortlisting, and managing end-to-end interview scheduling & coordination.
Managing walk-in drives and executing bulk hiring initiatives (Prior experience in Bulk Sales / BFSI Sales Hiring is highly preferred).
Maintaining candidate tracking data and engagement throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Thriving in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.
