  • Develops a general understanding of business, financials, services and the market(s) of focus. Tracks sales leads in CRM, and shares market insights with the Business Development team, ensuring seamless follow-ups and planning to align with Randstad' goal of connecting high-caliber candidates with client's total talent and workforce needs

  • Supports in preparing marketing and sales materials, including customized presentations and quotes, for client and prospect meetings and pitches to highlight the value and capabilities of Randstad' expertise in randstad services like integrated, total talent and workforce solutions.

  • Conducts research to identify potential clients within or across various industries. Follows up on leads to convert prospects into randstad clients. Supports to identify new market segment opportunities for offerings in one or various industries

  • Participates in networking events, conferences and seminars within the one (or various) assigned industry(ies) to reach prospective clients
