- Supports the maintenance and updates of broad social and consumer trend data relevant to the organization
- Assists with managing a content calendar for the website, including planning, and coordinating content creation, publication, and promotion with the content & creative design team
- Assists in curating compelling content to foster community engagement and brand awareness
- Stays up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve content quality
- Works with the project team, and participates in building and proposing creative ideas
- Monitors and analyzes content performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Supports the implementation of content optimization strategies
- Assists in the creation, editing, and distribution of various types of content collaborating with senior content team members to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and strategic objectives
