    • Prepares reports and ensures visibility of the performance of local or market assigned rewards programs

    • Assists compensation review processes across the organization for the assigned geography

    • Advises on reward related inquiries and policy questions and recommends courses of action for straightforward reward issues

    • Ensures employee data records are properly maintained including actioning, expediting changes, and conducting data audits

    • Facilitates day-to-day vendor interactions, including resolving issues and continuously improving the effectiveness of plan administration
