- Derive the production plan for the factory, sharing it internally.
- Analyse different scenarios & make changes in production planning & align with master schedule.
- Assure that the WO for next 8 weeks is updated in the system, and coordinate with Logistic of PM/EPC and MM for every change required during those 8 weeks.
- Follow the production advancement, elaborate catch-up plan, and adjust schedules in case of delays.
- Launching of material request to the warehouse associated to factory, on time for production.
- Sale process of finished modules to internal customer once finished
- Assure the availability of information required to the proper function of productivity data collect system.
- Co-ordinate with CFT & support implementing BOM Inclusions / changes & revision updates etc.
- Assist in production risk assessment and mitigation activities.
- Evaluate current production planning processes and recommend improvements.
- Assist in new project production planning & execution.
- Close interaction with material planning team on material availability to keep track of production schedules & make adjustments
- Monitor production status against the master scheulde and ensure timely delivery as per the shipping plan.
- Preparation of MIS reports & present to the management.
