Oversee quality checks of CMS Crossings, Bogies, Coupler components, and their assemblies
in line with railway engineering standards.
Conduct pre-inspection, in-process, and final inspection as per QAP approved by clients
including RDSO.
Ensure dimensional, visual, and functional inspections of export castings, mining equipment,

Prepare and issue Control Plans, Check Sheets, Final Inspection and Clearance Reports.
Ensure calibration of all measuring and inspection instruments as per schedule.

Support and maintain ISI, Kitemark, and Class A Foundry certifications.
Coordinate third-party audits and ensure plant readiness for customer inspections.
