▪ Detailing of various connections used for structural joints- welded, bolted, rivetted, moment connection, shear connection, splice details etc.
▪ Detailing of bracing and trusses.
▪ Review of drawings such as frame, pipe racks, standalone pipe supports done by third party drafting agency.
▪ Detailing of combination of sections e.g. back-to-back channel, Box section, Pipe sections, square tube etc.
▪ Resolve site/ shop related issues arising from structural drawing. Education▪ ITI in Mechanical Engineering.Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. ▪ 8-12 years’ experience in the field of Structure drafting, 3D modelling and design e.g. Pipe rack, Skid Frames, Support etc.for water and/or wastewater treatment plants
▪ Sound knowledge and experience of Structural detailing.
▪ Hands on experience working with AutoCAD 3D, preferably Advance Steel software, for all types of structural drawings e.g. Skid frames, Pipe racks,Standalone supports etc.
▪ Knowledge of various software used for detailing steel structure e.g. Advance steel; Tekla will be an added advantage.
▪ Familiar with various steel sections of IS, ASTM and AUS standards.
