We are seeking a skilled and motivated ServiceNow Catalog Developer with 3-6 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining Service Catalog items within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ITSM processes, ServiceNow scripting, and UI/UX best practices to deliver efficient and user-friendly catalog solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop Service Catalog items, Record Producers, and Order Guides in ServiceNow.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Implement client scripts, UI policies and script includes to enhance catalog functionality.
- Ensure catalog items are aligned with ITIL best practices and organizational standards.
- Perform unit testing, UAT support, and deployment of catalog items across environments.
- Maintain documentation for catalog items, workflows, and customizations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to catalog performance, usability, and integration.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a focus on Service Catalog.
- Familiarity with ITSM modules (Incident, Request, Change, etc.).
- Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
