Position description / Job description- Provide direct patient care, including assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
- Assist with patient mobility and transfers.
- Maintain a clean and safe patient environment.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Document patient care accurately and completely.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the nursing staff.
