The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end supply chain process within the warehouse, from receiving and inspecting goods to maintaining accurate digital records in SAP.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Inventory Management: Oversee daily store operations including receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials, consumables, and finished goods.</li><li>SAP Operations: Proficiency in SAP (MM Module) is mandatory. You will handle Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Stock Transfers, Purchase Requisitions, and Gate Entry.</li><li>Material Inspection: Verify incoming materials against Purchase Orders (PO) and Invoices for quantity and quality. Report any discrepancies immediately.</li><li>Stock Accuracy: Conduct regular physical stock verification and cycle counting to ensure 100% accuracy between physical stock and SAP records.</li><li>Documentation: Maintain systematic records of all store transactions, including Challans, Invoices, and Inventory reports.</li><li>Safety & Organization: Ensure the warehouse follows 5S principles, maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment.</li><li>Coordination: Liaise with the Purchase, Production, and Quality departments to ensure a smooth flow of materials for production.</li></ul> <p>Required Skills & Qualifications</p>Technical Skills: * Hands-on experience in SAP (Material Management module).<ul><li>Proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel for data tracking and reporting).</li><li>Competencies:<ul><li>Knowledge of Inventory Audits and Material Handling Equipment.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet strict dispatch timelines.</li></ul></li></ul>Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities to manage junior staff/loaders<h3>experience</h3>5

Key Responsibilities<br />• Reviewing of Vendor challans, bills & punching of Traveler document (TD) in JDE system for preparation of Goods Receipt Note (GRN) get it inspected by QA and get audited by Weigh Bridge Auditor. Ensuring the final bills are submitted to the Accounts Dept and necessary coordination for all activities involved for doing this work.<br />• Ensuring the issue of various Mechanical/Electrical items, Raw materials, Paints and other items and supervising the contract helpers while loading/unloading material in vehicle at the time of issue along with necessary coordination for these activities.<br />• Keeping the material in designated location with identification through proper handling ensuring safety.<br />• Conducting regular Toolbox Talk (TBT) to contract helper for ensuring the safe material handling.<br />• Ensuring use of PPE's & adherence of safety related to contract helper.<br />• Ensuring that all above mentioned work is performed adhering to set procedures & work instructions.<br />• Ensuring the housekeeping in the stores.<br />• Co-ordinating ISO related work with the Dept. coordinator & team members<br />• Ensuring additional work is performed as assigned as per the role.Key Metrics<br />•Maintaining good service level by ensuring satisfaction of user departments to support in achieving department objectives.<br />•Smooth functioning of Stores•100% adherence to compliances and material handling guidelines<br />•100% completion of incoming / outgoing material documentation<br />•Accuracy of Reports / Timely actionKnowledge and SkillsEducation Qualifications Bachelor’s degree / Diploma is requiredExperience 2+ years of experience in stores / inventory / plant logistics, preferably in the manufacturing industry<h3>experience</h3>5

<p>Key Responsibilities </p><p> </p><p> </p><ul><li>Execute the raw material inwarding process including preparation / updation of necessary documentation, validation of material upon receipt and transfer of material to appropriate internal storage area</li><li>Ensure the timely dispatch of material based on dispatch plans, through coordination with marketing and shop floor, completion of documentation and loading of containers</li><li>Highlight internally if inventory is low on consumables and raw materials that are critical for manufacturing operations</li><li>Adhere to material handling guidelines during receipt, storage, movement and dispatch of materials</li><li>Maintain all materials related data and documentation as per organizational guidelines Key Metrics</li><li>100% adherence to compliances and material handling guidelines</li><li>Timely receipt and dispatch of materials</li><li>100% completion of incoming / outgoing material documentation Knowledge and Skills</li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><p>Education Qualifications Bachelor’s degree is required Experience 3+ years of experience in stores / inventory / plant logistics, preferably in the manufacturing industry</p><p> </p><p>1) Attend duty in shifts</p><p>2) Enter all the challans/invoices in Day Sheet.</p><p>3) Supervise unloading of Material.</p><p>4) Give acknowledgment of the material after unloading and weighment.</p><p>5) Supervise repacking of material for issue.</p><p>6) Take requirement from all the sections of SMS and supervise loading of the materials in trucks.</p><p>7) Preparation of Material transfer challans</p><p>8) For issue of Ferro Chrome to UHP , SMS give requirement in chrome content. The shift supervisors work out the Ferro Chrome requirement and instruct the contractor to load material accordingly</p><p>9) Compute all the details like Chrome Quantity, Silicon quantity, Carbon, Phos & Sulphur in the material loaded and prepared Material transfer challan.</p><p>10) Co-ordinate with the contractor for manpower, vehicles availability.</p><p>11) Prepare daily issue statement and heats details and send to all the concerned in materials dept.</p><p>12) Supervise tearing of Nickel bags after the campaign is over</p><p>13) Supervise unloading of Nickel container and prepare joint weighment report with Glencore's surveyor.</p><p>14) Supervise unloading of Moly oxide container and check weight of each bag.</p><p>15) Entering of material receipt in excel and send to all concerned depts.</p><p>16) Monitor issue of material to Bulk addition area and ensure manpower availability and unloading of material from the truck.</p><p>17) Arrange for security personal to escort trucks carrying Nickel / Moly to shop.</p><p>18) Arrange to collect balance material at the end of the campaign, check weight and prepare challan</p><h3>experience</h3>7
