The Store/Warehouse In-charge is responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. The role focuses on maintaining inventory accuracy, optimizing space utilization, and ensuring compliance with safety and company policies

• Maintain accurate stock records (raw materials, finished goods, consumables).
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO methods).

1. Inward & Outward Operations
   • Supervise receipt of materials and verify against purchase orders.
   • Ensure proper documentation (GRN, delivery challans, invoices).
   • Coordinate timely dispatch of goods as per delivery schedules.
2. Warehouse Operations
   • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and identification of materials.
   • Optimize warehouse layout for efficient space utilization.
   • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
3. Team Supervision
   • Supervise warehouse staff, loaders, and helpers.
   • Allocate daily tasks and monitor performance.
   • Ensure adherence to discipline and safety norms.
4. Documentation & Reporting
   • Maintain all warehouse records and registers.
   • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.
   • Coordinate with procurement, production, and finance teams.
