Process Supplier Quality Management:
- Establish and monitor process parameters at the supplier end.
- Conducting process and product audit at supplier end to ensure adherence to
- defined process and its parameters. Ensure implementation and compliance
- with defined process controls.
- Inspecting casting and forged components and confirming parts are according
- to drawing and specification before dispatch from supplier. Ensuring rejected
- parts are disposed in proper manner.
- Tool and casting/Forging dimension control, including periodic validation,
- layout marking, and cut-section inspection at supplier end.
- Monitor and validate internal soundness of castings, along with mechanical
- and metallurgical properties for casting and forging.
- Monitor and control quality of casting and forging at supplier end by inspecting
- the parts.
