Key Responsibilities
 Maintain supply dashboards and publish Daily MIS reports.
 Manage E-Way Bills, challans, stock segregation, and dispatch activities (Inward & Outward) for D2C platforms.
 Handle stock management at SFV while ensuring accountability with the supply team.
 Maintain proper documentation for all dispatches and warehouse transactions.
 Ensure timely movement of goods as per dispatch plans shared by the supply team.
 Generate shipping labels, invoices, and coordinate timely pickups.
Requirements:
 Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field.
 1–3 years of experience in supply chain or dispatch operations, preferably with a D2C brand. Experience working on Shopify-based D2C platforms will be an added advantage.
 Strong coordination and communication skills.
 Familiarity with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, ERP systems, and dashboards.
 Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
 Experience working with 3PL partners and ecommerce logistics.
 Knowledge of inventory management practices.
