<p>JD - Supply Chain Performance Engineer</p><p> </p><p>Job Description: </p><ul><li>This position addresses day-to-day supplier constraints to improve supplier performance and their ability to flexibly and rapidly respond to Caterpillar requirements.</li><li>Works collaboratively with escalated suppliers and multiple facility functions to address and resolve supplier delivery issues using root cause and corrective action (RCCA).</li><li>Coordinate Engineering Change Notification process for purchasing function, liaising with multiple facility functions for effective implementation.</li><li>Coordinate Supplier Tooling Management process working with Category team & suppliers - including PO management, Accounting, Payment release, Physical counts in line with Purchase Practices.</li><li>Coordinate RCCP (Rough Cut Capacity Plan) process, liaising with Category team to ensure supplier capacity to meet facility requirements.</li></ul><p> </p><p>Required Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree (Mech/Prod/Automobile) with minimum of 3 years working experience in Purchasing or Supply Chain/Logistics</li><li>Good analytical and problem-solving skill. </li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer service focus. </li><li>SAP knowledge will be an added advantage</li></ul><p> </p><h3>experience</h3>5
