ROLE OBJECTIVE
This role will be responsible for managing SAP operations related to warehousing and distribution including Customer Service. The person will be responsible for end-to-end order management in SAP shall be working closely with the Supply Chain Operations and cross functional teams in India and shall be supporting all the business units.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Responsible for completing the Order to delivery cycle for each order
- Material Management & order processing through SAP Module (Inventory GRN / stock Transfer/ order punching / order processing / invoice generation / Stock reconciliation / Purchase Order Creation etc.
- Reviewing Customer Order, pricing, dates, expiry etc. as per company SOP and PO terms and conditions to ensure order entry and processing in SAP is as per customer requirement
- Coordination with Commercial and Finance team for customer code creation / price setups / order release etc for completing order processing and execution cycle .
- Coordination with 3PL for order processing / pick pack and final dispatch till delivery of a particular order.
- Responsible for reconciliation (interface monitoring) between SAP and 3PL ERP on daily basis to ensure parity in inventory and order execution in both the systems
- Responsible for reviewing Open orders & stock in hand (Orderbook)
- Ensuring the revenue Recognition as per the Standard Norms and Targets.
- Responsible for managing queries from sales team with respect to order status.
- Responsible for managing trackers like Daily order status update, pending orders with reasons
- Managing all the queries from Sales teams/ Customer / Institutes / government departments for product guidance, product availability, Pricing & company profile. documents like Test reports, shipping details, any other document etc.
- Responsible for MIS reports generation from SAP SD module on fort-nightly basis. This includes Monthly OTIF/ OLFR reports, Weekly order Delivery Schedule.
Critical Skills and Competencies
- Good knowledge of SAP including packages relating to supply chain mgmt.
- Good Communication skills
- Understanding of Interface Management between 2 software ( SAP with CFA 3PL software)
- Able to recognize the importance of meeting business needs, quality and customer service
- Effective written and oral communication skills are required to facilitate information flow across internal / external supply chain partners and senior leadership.

Experience s Education
- 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Logistics/Operations and SAP order Management
- Bachelor's degree
