Key Responsibilities
Supplier & Procurement Management
Develop and manage relationships with tooling manufacturers and suppliers.
Oversee procurement of standard parts from international vendors, ensuring cost- ...

Conduct supplier evaluations, negotiations, and performance tracking to meet project
requirements.
Work closely with suppliers to ensure adherence to technical specifications and delivery
schedules.
Manufacturing & Execution Oversight
Coordinate with Indian tooling manufacturers for the execution of machining, welding, and
special processes.
Monitor and track production schedules, ensuring smooth workflow and on-time delivery.
Troubleshoot operational challenges and drive supplier accountability for quality and
efficiency.
Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, quality, and production) to resolve technical
and execution-related challenges.
Technical & Process Expertise
Strong understanding of machining processes (milling, turning, grinding, etc.).
Familiarity with special processes such as heat treatment, coatings, and surface treatments.
Knowledge of welding processes and their application in tooling fabrication.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, tolerances, and material specifications
(Not mandatory, will be plus)
Logistics & Inventory Management
Manage international and domestic logistics for procured materials and finished tooling. Ensure seamless coordination of shipments, compliance with import/export regulations, and
cost-effective transportation.
Optimize inventory levels to maintain smooth production flow and prevent shortages.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Manufacturing, or Aerospace Engineering.
5+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, and supplier management, preferably
in tooling or precision manufacturing.
Strong technical background in machining, welding, and special processes.
Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and commercial skills.
Proficiency in supply chain tools (ERP, MRP, procurement systems).
Understanding of aerospace quality standards (AS9100, NADCAP) is a plus.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
