Responsibilities
- Evaluate, deploy, and maintain enterprise applications such as Salesforce, Domo, Jira, BI tools, and ETL engines.
- Understand the current state of infrastructure, systems, file ingestion, and schedules; ensure files are uploaded and processed timely.
- Contribute to meeting SLAs and KPIs related to responsiveness and resolution of inquiries.
- Manage and resolve inbound requests related to systems, data, files, or processing bugs; propose and develop tools to reduce downtime.
- Enhance enterprise application functionality and modify workflows, processes, and configurations based on user feedback.
- Collaborate effectively with multiple business units.
