This role is responsible for managing the administration of learning programs and systems. The Specialist will ensure accurate and timely data entry, coordinate learning events, track learner progress, and support the Learning & Development team in all administrative aspects.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end administration of learning programs and platforms
Ensure data accuracy in Learning Management Systems
Schedule and coordinate learning events in collaboration with stakeholders
Track and monitor learning completion and compliance
Handle learner queries and provide appropriate support
Generate reports on training activities and learning outcomes
Maintain accurate learning records and documentation
Key Skills:
Strong organizational and administrative abilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
Proficiency in Oracle or SuccessFactors HCM
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines effectively
Working knowledge of learning administration processes
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
3–5 years of experience in Talent and Learning administration in a multinational environment
Experience in transitioning or offshoring L&D processes is preferred
