We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Management Specialist to support the design, coordination, and administration of talent management and leadership development programs. The role involves managing learning systems, supporting leadership initiatives, coordinating communication efforts, and facilitating career development activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in identifying and executing leadership development initiatives
Coordinate the development and implementation of talent and succession frameworks
Support culture-building programs and track engagement outcomes
Administer leadership competency frameworks and maintain accurate talent data
Facilitate career development documentation and high-potential employee tracking
Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and management review materials
Ensure alignment with global standards and business continuity documentation
Required Skills:
Strong administrative and organizational capabilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience in handling learning administration processes
Proficiency in HRIS platforms such as Oracle or SuccessFactors HCM
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Resilience and adaptability to evolving business needs
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
2–4 years of experience in Talent Management for multinational corporations
Experience in transition or offshoring of L&D/Talent Management processes is preferred
