* Plan, execute & implimentation of improvement activities related to machine and process
Breakdown, Preventive, Predictive maintenance of production & utility equipment's *Involvment in QCC Activity
* Maintenance related document updation on daily basis.
Improvement activities related to maintenance departmnet.
*Carry out energy savings activities, co2 reduction actvities to acheive
*Should be able to do the modification, development, and reconditioning of machines
Skill set Required
Understanding of Machine Drawings
Development & Modification of PLC/HMI/Servo Programming (Mitsubushi)
Breakdown solving & analysis skill
Knowledge of Hydraulic, Pneumatic, Hydropneumatic, electrical & electronics Conducting PM activity as per plan
Installation support of New Jigs, Fixtures, machines and equipment's Problem solving Skill
