This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in our sales cycle by identifying new business opportunities and providing essential support to our front-end sales teams.
Responsibilities- Identify and generate potential leads through market research, references, and existing customer networks for the Cranes portfolio.
- Qualify enquiries and leads by capturing basic details (customer, segment, application, geography, volume) and aligning them with defined target customer profiles.
- Support front-end teams in customer outreach by preparing introductory mail, basic presentations, and coordinating follow-ups and meetings.
- Maintain and update CRM and lead trackers regularly, ensuring all lead information, status, and next actions are accurately recorded.
- Number of qualified leads generated and logged in the CRM/tracker for the Cranes business.
- Conversion rate of leads to opportunities, based on leads that progress to formal enquiries, RFQs, or meetings.
- Timeliness and accuracy of lead data updates, measured by the completeness and recency of entries.
- Responsiveness to front-end team requests, reflected in turnaround time for lead lists, contact details, and basic sales support material.
