Team Supervisor
The Team Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of Accountants, supervision of daily operations, functional guidance, internal controls, people management and continuous improvement of the Investment processes and service delivery.
The Team Supervisor will provide accounting guidance and functional expertise to ensure quality and accuracy of all accounting / financial processes within the Accountant team.
Main Responsibilities
To ensure the timely and accurate completion of Investment activities.
To monitor and analyze key performance indicators and communicate results to company management.
To be responsible for the overall team's performance vs. agreed objectives.
To implement and maintain solid Investment policies and procedures.
Provide accounting guidance on Fixed asset and project accounting queries.
To analyze root cause of operating issues and designs path-forward for resolution.
Participation in any related audit.
Support to execution and maintenance of effective Internal Controls.
Required Experience & Qualifications
Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of finance experience.
Solid knowledge of US GAAP.
Broad Accounting knowledge.
Overall understanding of transactional and reporting systems and related interdependencies.
Multitasks, ability to navigate between different complex matters to quickly identify investigation and resolution paths.
Good planning & organizing skills; Strong interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving and solution oriented.
Strategic agility with the ability to influence.
Ability to own results accountability.
Experience in building and motivating teams.
