* Conduct regular site visits to support project execution and provide technical guidance.
* Engage with mid-size and potential contractors to build a capable and scalable contractor base.
* Offer timely technical services including mock-ups, demos, and resolving product/application
queries.
* Support sales, key accounts, and CRM teams with samples, complaint resolution, and technical
inputs.
* Monitor market trends and contractor feedback to introduce new solutions and technologies.
* Conduct technical training sessions for contractors/installers to upgrade field capabilities.
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
Educational qualification BE (Mechanical / Civil) or equivalent engineering degree
Minimum years of experience 2 - 4 Years in field Marketing within building materials, paints,adhesives, tiles, or FMCG industries.Specific skills / Personal attributes* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the
ability to influence contractors and stakeholders.
* Basic understanding of acoustics, fire safety,
construction drawings, and on-site coordination.
* Self-driven, customer-focused, and agile with a
solution-oriented mindset.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and willingness to
travel for site visits.Location of posting Mumbai
