Create and maintain Production Support Documents (PSD) based on engineering,
customer, and ERP inputs
Prepare and validate Logistics Documents (LD) ensuring shipment accuracy
Validate compressor testing data including pressure, flow, temperature, and power
consumption
Ensure performance data aligns with design specifications and customer requirements
Verify sensor calibration records and ensure instrument compliance
Perform multi-level data validation and reconciliation
Maintain version control, traceability, and audit readiness
Collaborate with engineering, testing, and logistics teams
Support audits and ensure SOP compliance
Drive process improvement and automation initiativesTechnical Documentation Engineer Requirements
Proven experience as a Technical Documentation Engineer or similar role in a
technology environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to quickly understand complex technical concepts and make them easily
understandable in text and pictures.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to analyse and validate technical data sets
Understanding of document control and version managementTechnical Skills
Advanced MS Excel
Understanding of compressor performance parameters
Knowledge of testing and validation processes
Sensor calibration and instrumentation basics
ERP Systems (BPCS/SAP preferred)
Power BI / Excel VBA (preferred)
