Key responsibilities & assignments:
- Structure the project in accordance with best practice for project management.
- Select and implement the project management tools that need to be used by the project team to ensure transparency, reporting etc.
- Run the project forward.
- Guide the cross-functional teams in using the project management tools.
- Track project progress and manage timelines, resources and potentially budget.
- Ensure alignment with organizational goals by coordinating with stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates and reports on project status to senior management
