• Lead Procurement of Capital Goods (Project and Routine Capex, Repex, TBM, AMC)
• Deliver Best-in-Class purchase of equipment and goods with the approach of Ease of Maintenance, Minimal Maintenance and Life Cycle Cost (LCC)
• Deliver best possible savings through negotiations based on a win-win approach

• Lead development of long term vendors in line with the value systems at Galaxy
• Develop the TCC Team with the approach of Career Development Plan (CDP)
• Review and understand processes to arrive at creative digitalization of Operations for better efficiency and real time visibility.
• Lead TCC to Digitalization by roping in useful platforms for Negotiations
• Develop strong Systems and ensure they are followed at all times
• Collaborative working with all relevant internal stakeholders for data and system integration
• Protect Value Systems of Galaxy at TCC
• Mind Partner with RMU and NPT team for ensuring on time capitalization
• Mind Partner with Process Head, Factory Managers, NPT Managers and relevant Stakeholders across factories to understand the needs and deliver the requirements
• Mind partner with Product Managers (PM), Business Creation, Business Commercials to work on Feasibility stage of new projects
• Work with RMU for evaluation of projects and capexes
• Maintain Systems, Hygiene and Discipline

Educational qualifications preferred
• Category: 15+ years in Techno-commercials/Purchase
• Degree: Bachelors degree in Engineering. Masters/Diploma/Certificate course in Materials Management/Procurement will be beneficial Required Certification/s:
Relevant certification courses in Materials Management/Procurement/Negotiations

On time, within budget, RTFT delivery of purchase requisitions of Customers
Value protection during techno-commercial negotiations with vendors
Digitalization of TCC for faster TAT from enquiry to PO, documentation, delivery
