    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Tender Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the tendering process and a strong understanding of bid preparation and submission. This role requires excellent communication and coordination skills to collaborate effectively with various internal departments and external clients.

    Responsibilities:
    • Prepare and compile comprehensive bid submission documents, including tender questionnaires and pre-qualifications.
    • Orchestrate and manage the contributions of all relevant departments involved in tendering and contract review processes.
    • Coordinate client bid requirements across departments (Planning, QA/QC, HSE, etc.), consolidating queries and information requests for efficient communication.
    • Support the commercial department in fostering strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
    • Review incoming tenders, meticulously documenting due dates, project timelines, submission instructions, and methods.
    • Gather and compile necessary tender information and references from diverse sources (online search engines, market intelligence, etc.).
    • Monitor and ensure strict adherence to tender submission deadlines, including document checking, binding, packaging, and preparation.
    • Maintain standardized tender submission formats, fonts, logos, and overall presentation, adhering to client requirements.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to provide essential tender-related documents.
    Requirements:
