- To conduct feasibility study for new enquiries
- Part to be convert in process - Concept fixturing
- Communicate progress on tasks to direct supervisor
- Create detailed 3D/2D designs & drawings for Fix & part
- Produce detailed drawings & BOM to update in SAP
- Ensure our designs meet standard & selected Tool design
- Strong in Knowledge of GD&T & tolerance stacking.
- Focused on fit functional details while designinig fixtures
- Participate in team design reviews and analysis
- Works with manager to provide information that will aid in the initial quoting process
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Hands on Mechanical, Hydraulic Fixturing knowledge for auto & non-auto parts from cast iron & forging
- Should be a process driven in nature.
- Prepare stagewise drawing of parts & Define PFC, PFMEA, Control Plan
Mandatory for the Role
DME / B.Tech (Minimum Experience 3 to 10 years) Work experience from reputed Castings Machining Organization with knowledge in Auto CAD &
Solid Works for changes.
