No. Responsibilities 1 Design and Development of Tooling - Jigs and Fixtures for Aero structure Assemblies. 2 Experience on Tool designs using CATIA-V5 for Detail parts and Assemblies. 3 Should have knowledge of the machines & processes used in sheet metal aerospace industry. 4 Knowledge of GD& T and tolerance of sheet metal components. 5 Process improvements, continual improvement. 6 CFT discussion for mapping the process and identifying tools, tools validation. 7 New Product Development 8 Problem solving 9 Responsible for new jig try outs and validation, which includes tool assembly 10 Coordinating with internal departments at various stages of project execution to provide necessary technical assistance through cross functional team (CFT) reviews. 11 Data compilation and analysis, making of tool lists, tool drawings, etc., 12 Preparation of System Process Flow Chart (SPFC) for tool design in AS9100 system. 13 Knowledge & Critical Skills Reqd.: 1 Assembly Processes. 2 - ProE Wildfire 4.0, AutoCAD and CATIA V5R16. 3 Assembly tooling requirements of OEM’s 4 Knowledge on Tooling process 5 AS9000 standards & Aerospace Approval
