JD - Transport Executive
Key Responsibilities
Daily Transport Operations Support
- Support daily transport operations for the client's employees across both locations
- Monitor vehicle schedules, route assignments, and driver deployments
- Coordinate real-time transport adjustments and handle service disruptions
- Track vehicle movements using GPS systems and transport management software
- Manage employee transport requests, route changes, and special arrangements
- Ensure optimal fleet utilization and route efficiency throughout the day
Multi-Location Flexibility
- Maintain consistent service standards and operational procedures across both sites
- Support coordination of transport services between locations
- Adapt to varying employee transport patterns and demand at each site
- Facilitate effective communication between transport teams at both locations
Employee Service & Support
- Handle employee transport queries, complaints, and service requests
- Process new transport registrations and route assignments
- Coordinate special transport arrangements for late working employees
- Manage transport-related communications and service updates
- Support employee onboarding with transport orientation and information
- Maintain employee transport databases and contact information
Fleet & Vehicle Coordination
- Monitor vehicle availability, maintenance schedules, and service readiness
- Support vehicle inspections and maintenance coordination
- Handle emergency vehicle replacements and backup arrangements
- Ensure vehicles meet safety and cleanliness standards
Vendor & Driver Management
- Coordinate with transport vendors and service providers
- Monitor driver performance, punctuality, and service quality
- Handle driver-related issues, feedback, and performance improvements
- Support vendor compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
- Assist in driver training and orientation programs
Maintain driver contact databases and communication channels
- Transport Booking & Scheduling
- Manage transport booking systems and employee registrations
- Process route changes, cancellations, and temporary transport requests
- Coordinate transport schedules for special events and extended working hours
- Handle ad-hoc transport requirements and emergency situations
- Support transport planning for office events and corporate functions
- Maintain accurate records of transport bookings and utilization
Reporting & Documentation
- Generate daily transport reports and operational summaries
- Track key performance metrics and service quality indicators
- Maintain transport operation logs and incident records
- Support monthly reporting and performance analysis
- Document employee feedback and service improvement suggestions
- Assist in budget tracking and cost management reporting
- Safety & Compliance Support
- Support compliance with transport safety regulations and protocols
- Monitor adherence to traffic rules and safety standards
- Handle incident reporting and documentation procedures
- Support driver safety training and awareness programs
- Maintain transport-related permits and compliance documentation
- Assist in emergency response and evacuation transport coordination
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Transport Management, Operations, or Business preferred)
- 2-4 years of experience in transport operations, logistics, or fleet management
- Experience in corporate transport services or employee shuttle operations preferred
- Background in coordination roles with customer service exposure
- Knowledge of traffic patterns and routes is advantageous

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with transport management systems or GPS tracking software
- Basic understanding of fleet management principles
- Knowledge of mobile applications and communication tools
- Data entry and record maintenance capabilities
Working Conditions & Requirements
Working Hours: 9 hours shift and must be willing to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
Physical Requirements: Field visits, vehicle inspections, and coordination activities
Availability: Flexibility for emergency situations and special event support
Travel: Movement between locations, vendor sites, and operational areas
