Key Responsibilities:
Customer Consultation: Interact with clients via phone, email, or in-person to understand their travel needs, budget, and preferences.
Itinerary Design: Research and curate personalized domestic and international travel packages, including flights, hotels, and local activities.
Booking Coordination: Assist in making reservations for air travel, rail, car rentals, and accommodations using online portals and booking software.
Documentation Support: Help clients navigate travel requirements, including visa processes, travel insurance, and health/safety protocols.
Sales & Upselling: Recommend additional services like local tours, premium upgrades, or travel protection to enhance the client's experience.
Problem Solving: Act as a point of contact for clients during their trips to resolve any issues (e.g., flight delays or booking errors).
Market Research: Stay updated on trending destinations, seasonal offers, and new travel regulations.
