- Ancillary & Non-Air Fulfillment: Process and secure bookings for non-air products, including global hotels, rail, car rentals, and ferry services based on partner requests.
- SLA & Queue Management: Monitor, action, and manage incoming booking queues and support tickets within strict organizational SLAs.
- Supplier & Vendor Coordination: Liaise directly with global hoteliers, wholesalers, and transport providers to execute modifications, processing cancellations, or handle booking amendments.
- Data Integrity & Updates: Maintain clear, structured tracks of all transactions and tickets, updating daily production logs for the Team Lead.
- Reconfirmation & Quality Assurance: Proactively follow up with international suppliers on pending confirmations to eliminate check-in discrepancies or travel friction for the end passenger.
- B2B Client Support: Provide accurate pricing, rule interpretations, and operational information to travel partners via voice and email channels.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 0 to 1 years of experience in the Travel & Tourism industry or an international Customer Service process (voice/non-voice combinations are highly preferred).
- Freshers: Open to fresh graduates holding a dedicated diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism Management.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills suitable for managing international clientele and suppliers.
- Technical Savvy: Basic to intermediate proficiency in MS Excel for production tracking; foundational exposure to global ticketing systems or CRM tools is a distinct advantage.
- Resilience: Proven ability to multitask and thrive under time-sensitive, high-pressure environments.
