distributors.Key Responsibilities
Export Dispatch Management
Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily export dispatch operations to ensure smooth and
efficient execution.
Calculate load ability prior to billing and ensure timely vanning activities before dispatch to
maintain the required Turnaround Time (TAT).
Coordinate with internal departments for order completion, payment confirmation,
shipment consolidation (combination shipment), and preparation of tax-related documents.
Monitor shipment schedules and ensure on-time delivery to ports, airports, and freight
forwarders.
Liaise with Customs House Agents (CHA) and transporters to arrange containers as per the
dispatch plan.
Supervise container loading activities and ensure compliance with proper cargo handling and
safety practices.
Coordinate with external agencies to obtain Certificates of Conformity (COC) and other
regulatory documents as required by destination countries.
Ensure compliance with country-specific export regulations and special customer
requirements.
Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and international customers,
addressing and resolving queries promptly.
Analyse operational issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions through
effective problem-solving and decision-making.Documentation & Compliance
Verify export-related documents such as:
o Packing Lists
o Commercial Invoices
o Drawback annexureo Tax invoice & E way bill
o Export Labels and Marks
Ensure compliance with company policies and international shipping regulations.
Maintain accurate records of dispatched shipments and supporting documents.Inventory & Warehouse Control
Monitor inventory and give priority of disposal of >90 days FG stock.
Conduct regular stock verification and cycle counts.
Maintain proper storage, identification, and traceability of export materials.Coordination & Communication
Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance, Logistics, Freight Forwarders, Customs
Brokers, and External Inspection agencies.
Coordinate vehicle arrangements and shipment schedules.
Update management on dispatch status, shipment delays, and operational issues.Team Management
Supervise warehouse staff, forklift operators, and packing personnel.
Allocate daily work assignments and monitor productivity.
Provide training on warehouse procedures, safety standards, and export handling
requirements.
