Job Title: Manager Warehouse

Minimum Experience Required: 10+ years of exp in handling WH operations, transportation and RM stores
Purpose of Role
The position is responsible for Development and Implementation of the warehousing standards. Management of warehouse and logistics activities. Manage inventory levels and operational expenses to stated departmental objectives. This position will act as the primary point of contact for the Factory Manager and will be SAP super user. Requires managing cross functional relationship with Factory team, Sales, Customer Service and Supply Chain
Key Result Areas
1. Will be responsible for warehousing operations consisting of RM, PM and FG handling and the SAP super user handling all SAP transactions.
2. Overall, in charge of inbound activities like monitoring unloading, receipt, quality check, stacking (put away) and outbound logistics ensuring proper storage of goods in line with the standards ensuring documentation and reporting on discrepancies.
3. Handling, inbound shipments, Import coordination with HO team, Domestic warehousing and domestic last mile transportation.
4. Coordinating with Factory manager to ensure the timely issuance/allocation of the RM and PM uninterrupted production activities
5. The person should be a proactive planner and solution provider and not wait for directions on routine tasks.
6. Ability to foresee any challenges that are likely to come in the warehousing and transport front and take proactive measures.
7. Coordinating to ensure timely execution of annual, bi-annual, & quarterly walltowall counts, besides daily cycle count checks.
8. Ensuring minimum expiries at the locations and arrange for proper destruction of expired and scrapped goods.
9. Responsible for efficient and reliable data management
10. Should have exposure in handling the Warehouse and transport efficiency enhancement projects.
11. Responsible for damage Claim Processing in the internal system and insurance service provider.
12. Close coordination with order management team to ensure timely Sales Order Processing for delivery transactions.
13. Ensure Compliance of Labor, FDA, Cold Room Management with AMC, Regular follow-up with local authorities i.e. Labor Contractors, Transporters for smooth warehouse operations and dispatches...
14. Providing on-the-job training to the team about new concepts/implements related to Warehouse & Logistics operations.
15. Responsible for Implementing GMP Guidelines, ISO standards, documentation and handling various internal and external audits
