Responsibilities- Execute high-quality welding tasks in accordance with project specifications and blueprints.
- Select and utilize the appropriate welding equipment and methods to achieve optimal structural integrity.
- Prepare metal surfaces by cleaning, grinding, or cutting as required prior to the welding process.
- Monitor equipment performance and report any maintenance requirements to ensure operational continuity.
- Strictly adhere to all safety protocols and site-specific health and safety regulations to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality standards, structural requirements, and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with the site team to ensure that deliverables are completed within the established project timelines.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas, ensuring that all tools and equipment are stored and managed correctly.
- Minimum of 4 to 5 years of professional experience in welding.
- Proven technical proficiency as a Welder, with a demonstrated ability to produce precise and durable work.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and welding blueprints.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to industry-standard hygiene and security policies.
- Capability to work effectively under the terms of a contract-based assignment.
