4. *Sales Strategy and Implementation*: Develop and execute a Go-To-Market strategy,
ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
5. *Market Intelligence*: Provide regular market updates, competitor analysis, and trend
insights to inform business decisions.
6. *Sales Performance*: Achieve assigned sales targets, with clearly defined milestones for
each quarter.
7. *Product and Channel Mix*: Develop a strategy for a diversified and profitable product and
channel mix.
8. *Team Reviews and Feedback*: Establish a regular review process, providing feedback and
coaching to team members.
9. *MIS and Reporting*: Share regular Management Information System (MIS) reports,
capturing market updates, sales performance, and training requirements.
*Requirements:*
1. *Experience*: 8-12 years of experience in sales and distribution, preferably in the financial
services industry, with a focus on PMS, AIF, or Mutual Fund distribution.
2. *Regional Experience*: Proven experience in managing a regional role, covering at least 2
or more states.
3. *Professional Certifications*: Preferably certified professionals with CFP (Certified
Financial Planner), CWM (Certified Wealth Manager), or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)
designations.
4. *Skills*: Strong leadership, sales, and relationship-building skills.
5. *Knowledge*: In-depth understanding of public alternatives, financial markets, and regulatory
environment.
